The Structure of the Company

 

TOK is the construction company. It has been established in 2008.

The structure of the company is formed from seven departments.

  1. The Department of Production
  2. The Department of Tender Management
  3. The Department of Data Analytics
  4. The Department of Planning Management and Technical Production
  5. The Department of Architectural Design
  6. ​The Department of Complex Building Design
  7. The Department of Engineering Systems and Communication Network

There are about 60 employees in our company.

This structure helps us to multitask in different areas with the shortest period of time and low cost price.

Our company has earned a good reputation as the General Contractor. We always meet the deadlines and our estimations are proper. It has given us the opportunities to have the clients such as Kidsburg, IKEA, and the Polushka retail store chain.

The TOK Company doesn’t work only in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region. We have the contracts in many cities in Russia.We are currently building two Kidsburgs: one in Novosibirsk, the other one in Ekaterinburg. We also have built the projects in Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Zelenograd, Samara, Novosibirsk, Surgut, Vladivostok, Moscow and Yaroslavl.

Of course, most of our projects are located in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region.

Interaction with the Clients

«TOK» will guide you from your intention to the «turnkey» stage. Our task is to make this path as rational and understandable as possible.

If you haven’t narrowed down your intention yet, you can start with consultations. In the course of consultations, most likely, you will have a clear Terms of Reference (TOR) for repair or construction. For example, you will have an idea which materials to use, what size and what style of architecture.

The task of an expert in the process of consulting a client is to accompany the proposals with economic calculations, even if with a small degree of error.

If the project is typical or simple, then it will be possible to calculate the estimate based on the TOR. That will be done free of charge. Work inside the office of «TOK» LLC, without going to the client’s site, we will make as a bonus.

So, after one or a series of consultations, you — the client — have a clear TOR for construction and the cost of implementing your plan. Now with a clear understanding of what and how you want to build or repair, with a qualified TOR, you can go to any construction organization or several organizations at once and move forward. But we hope you will stay with us.

Then we can move forward together. And the further we move, the more detailed design we will have for our common task.

Here are the steps to be taken before proceeding directly to the site:

  1. Definition of TOR for construction or repair.
  2. Design of the project or selection of a standard project.
  3. Detailed estimate describing the entire production process.
  4. Schedule of work to be performed.
  5. Schedule of delivery of materials.
  6. Construction draw schedule.
  7. Contract.
  8. Execution of construction work.

Our company focuses on the preparatory process, that is the first seven steps. If they are maximally detailed, it means 80% of the project is already complete. Since 99% of errors and alterations arise because of inefficient arrangement. The project should be built in the head and on paper first. With proficient preparation, the project will be built stress-free, without unpleasant surprises and in a short time.
